Data Lifecycle Dashboard
The primary management and troubleshooting tool for data lifecycle policies is the Data Lifecycle page. The Lifecycles area of this page acts as a lifecycle workflow dashboard and shows the state of all series lifecycle activities.
Each row in the Lifecycles area corresponds to a series managed by the data lifecycle service. The following properties are shown for each series:
- Status Last activity status (OK, Faulting, Completed, Aborted).
- Patient’s Name Series patient’s name.
- Accession Number eries accession number.
- Activity Currently pending activity.
- Scheduled For Scheduled activity execution time.
- Endpoint Activity target endpoint, if any (e.g. PACS).
- Date Created Lifecycle inception date.
- Policy Associated policy name.
- Training Whether the policy is a “dry-run” execution.
To sort the list, click (or tap) a column heading to sort the column in ascending or descending order.
To filter the list, enter information in the blank row below the column headings.
Aborting and correcting activities
- To abort an active lifecycle, select the corresponding row, then select Abort. A popup message opens, asking you for confirmation.
- To correct an active lifecycle, select the corresponding row, then select Correct. The Correct Workflow window opens. This window contains two sections:
- The State section provides detailed information about the series and the outcome of the last activity execution.
- The Activities section is similar to the Activities section in the policy editor but shows only outstanding activities. You can modify, delete, or add activities.
Note
Any changes made to activities will be applied only to this particular series.
